The free plan

Dictation, live captions and translation, the teleprompter, the workflow recorder, saved guides, and the avatar cast run entirely on your computer, cost us nothing to run, and are free. No account is needed. We can add to the free plan; we don't take things out of it.

Subscriptions

Plus, $15 a month: hosted voice through our pooled AI keys, hosted screen analysis, and the phone link. One Plus subscription covers one computer and one phone. A second phone is a second subscription; one login can hold several.
Pro + Agent Computer, $30 a month: everything in Plus, plus one private hosted Agent Computer, a cloud computer your agent drives. It is created when you need it and wiped when idle, so nothing you leave on it is kept.
Agent Computer add-on, $15 a month (existing subscriptions; not currently offered to new customers): one private hosted desktop, created when you need it and wiped when idle.
Live Avatar (beta) lets Co-Agent answer as a realistic talking video face. It isn't sold on its own right now. While it is in beta, Plus includes a beta allowance of 1 minute a month and Pro 2 minutes a month, pooled across the plans and devices on your account; a few accounts we've enabled get more. Minutes count only while the avatar is speaking, reset each month and don't roll over, and minute top-ups are only offered to accounts with the full Live Avatar plan. A beta allowance is not a guaranteed feature: we can change, pause or end it, and it can be unavailable, including when it's busy. When it can't start, or your minutes run out, Co-Agent keeps talking with your 3D character instead.
Monthly plans renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Hosted voice is metered for fair use so one subscription can't run our pooled keys dry for everyone else.

Hosted voice minutes

Plus and plans that include Plus provide 120 active hosted voice minutes per billing month, pooled across the devices and licenses on your account. There is no daily limit on paid included minutes. Your already-paid period stays as previously promised until its next renewal. Trial voice provides five minutes a day, with web search off. Local dictation remains free.

Active seconds include sent speech, reply audio forwarded and response time; overlapping time counts once; idle time and failed connections are free. Included minutes are used first and reset at the monthly boundary. Optional one-time packs cost $10 for 120 minutes or $22 for 300 minutes. Purchased minutes do not expire, survive cancellation and can be used without resubscribing through your signed-in account. There is no automatic refill. The app warns at 80% and 95% of included usage.

A confirmed payment creates credit once. Refunds and payment disputes adjust the corresponding credit; duplicate or out-of-order notifications do not create extra minutes. Hosted voice requires the current app and permission to process conversation content as explained in our privacy policy. Live Avatar minutes are separate.

If Co-Agent is ever discontinued: we will give at least 90 days' notice, publish a final release, and that release will keep working on your computer with no license server. We are not promising that the company, or the hosted services, last forever — nobody honestly can.

What we don't promise

That any third-party AI provider (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, or your own agent) stays available, priced, or unchanged. Their terms apply to your use of them.
Uptime for hosted services. We work hard on it and we don't guarantee it.
That Co-Agent's suggestions, pointing, or guidance are correct. It helps you use your computer; you remain in charge of it and of what you approve.

Refunds

Monthly plans: cancel any time, no refund for the current period. Questions about a charge, including Live Avatar minutes? Email [email protected]; a human reads it.

Ending your account

Cancel your subscription from your account page. To delete your account as well, email [email protected] from the address on the account; our privacy policy says what we delete.

Your data

Covered separately and briefly in our privacy policy. The short version: we keep what it takes to run your account, not your voice, your screen or your files.

Acceptable use

Don't use Co-Agent to break the law, to attack computers you don't own or have permission to test, or to defeat our fair-use metering. Guides and remote rooms only ever point at screens whose owners have consented on that screen.

Changes and questions

If we change these terms in a way that reduces what you bought, we'll email you first and the old terms keep applying to what you already paid for. Questions: [email protected] (or [email protected]).
